Arrival, mid-morning & mid afternoon tea/coffee and lunches will be provided each day. Lunch will be served in the exhibition area.


Please ensure that you wear your name badge at ALL times, including social functions.

Parking is available on a first come first serve basis


If you need Continuing Professional Development points or an attendance certificate please scan your badge twice a day at the registration desk.

Certificates will be sent to you by email after the Conference



Please note that check in at the Hotels is usually 14h00. If you arrive early and your room is not available ask the hotel if they can store your luggage until you are able to check in. 


Transport will not be provided between the Conference venue and Guesthouses in the area.

The taxi rate varies between companies and runs at about R10/km and is advisable to ask for a fare estimate before you agree.
